Our refund & return policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for goods ordered through our website (“site”). the terms “you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to the person, company, or organization using our site. When this policy mentions “we,” “us,” and “our,” it refers to acoustic workshop and its affiliates. The term “goods” refers to any product purchased through this site by you.

2. Returns Within 30 Days
Some products may be returned within 30 days of delivery and are eligible for a refund. you have the right to return such goods without giving a reason, as long as the items have not been used, damaged, or altered in a way that affects their original condition. only minimal handling necessary to inspect the product is allowed. The right to return goods within 30 days does not apply to legal entities (such as businesses or organizations). Please review the exceptions section below to see which products are not eligible for return. This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective, incorrect, or damaged items.
3. Standard Returns
To qualify for a refund, the goods must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. if the returned goods do not meet these conditions, we cannot issue a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to begin the return process. they will guide you through the necessary steps and provide instructions for completing your return. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
You must return the product responsibly, including all original parts, manuals, and accessories, in the same condition in which it was received. incomplete or damaged goods cannot be accepted for refund.
once the returned goods and completed return form are received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your account.
We reserve the right to delay or deny a refund until the goods have been fully received and reviewed.
if you fail to meet the deadlines or return conditions outlined here, we will be unable to offer a refund.
4. Return Exceptions
You may not return or receive a refund for the following items:

discounted or clearance items

5. Defective or Incorrect Goods

If you are required to return defective goods, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. the item must be returned in its original packaging, along with any included accessories, manuals, or warranty documentation (if applicable).
