WARRANTY POLICY

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

At Acoustic Workshop, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a (6) month limited warranty from the date of purchase for all products sold through this website. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a product proves defective within the warranty period, Acoustic Workshop will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue a store credit for the defective item. Replacement products may be new or refurbished, at the company’s discretion.

2. What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty applies only to:

  • Manufacturing or electrical defects

  • Product malfunctions under normal operating conditions

  • Items purchased directly from Acoustic Workshop or authorized distributors

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts

  • Damage resulting from water, fire, or electrical surges

  • Products repaired or altered by anyone other than Acoustic Workshop or an authorized service provider

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces

4. Filing A Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team at acousticworkshop25@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defect, if applicable

Our team will review your claim and provide instructions on returning the product, if required. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item for evaluation, unless otherwise specified.

5. Resolution Process

Once your claim is approved, Acoustic Workshop will:

  • Repair the defective product,

  • Replace it with the same or a comparable model, or

  • Issue store credit equal to the original purchase price (excluding shipping charges).

The resolution method is determined at our discretion based on product availability and the nature of the defect.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acoustic Workshop shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

7. State and Legal Rights

This limited warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
